Universal Human Brain Centre (UHBC) is a behavioral and cognitive neuroscience centre based in Morocco, directed by Dr. Khoula Mmaad (PhD in Cognitive Behavioral Neuroscience). We provide multidisciplinary clinical services including neuropsychological assessment, psychotherapy, speech therapy, and life coaching.

4Legal basis (Law 09-08)
Under Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data, we process your data on the following bases:

- Vital interest: In cases where health data processing is necessary to protect your health or safety

5How we store and protect your data
- Clinical records are stored securely with restricted access
- Digital data is hosted on Supabase (ISO 27001 certified infrastructure)
- Your health data is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes
- Access to patient records is limited to authorized clinical staff only
- We retain clinical data for a minimum of 10 years in accordance with Moroccan medical record laws
6Your rights under Law 09-08
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
- Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure: Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations)
- Opposition: Object to certain types of data processing
- Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
